I scheduled the move several weeks out, not knowing if the place we were moving into would be ready for us. I checked the reschedule policy and just needed to give two days notice, which I ended up having to do, and no problem. Got a new date and time ten days later. I received a confirmation call and email 24 hours in advance, requested some additional wardrobe boxes, which actually came on the day of the move!
Corey took great care wrapping our furniture and protecting the new floors. The Red Raider Moving team was efficient and neat and we would recommend/use them again.
